Frequently asked questions

Is CineStudio AI free to try?

Yes. New accounts start with a free credit balance. When it runs out, buy a pack or a plan.

What does a generation cost?

Each action costs credits. You can see your balance in the top bar, and the app prompts you if you run low.

How do I pay?

From Billing, pay in Indian rupees with Razorpay. Rupee prices include 18% GST. If checkout is unavailable, payments are temporarily unavailable and no charge is made.

Do plans renew automatically?

Yes. Monthly plans renew automatically until you cancel. Credit packs are one-time purchases and never renew.

How do I cancel my plan?

Open Account from your Library and cancel the subscription. You keep the plan and its credits until the end of the month you paid for and are not charged again.

What is the refund policy?

If our system detects that a generation failed, the credits come back automatically. After you cancel a plan, you can ask for a refund of the price you paid without GST (Indian payments) for the unused part of the period, minus five times the AI cost of what you used and anything already refunded. It is never less than zero. For credit packs we refund only that pack's unused credits, valued without GST (Indian payments). Our team works out the amount when reviewing your request. It may approve less than this, but never more. See the Refund Policy. Older payments that have no stored exchange rate are refunded by our staff outside the app; email us. Duplicate charges, or charges after you cancelled, are handled by our staff — tell us within 30 days.

How do I ask for a refund?

Open Billing → Refunds and choose Request refund, or email info@headkeysoftwaresolution.com from your account email with the order or payment ID. After approval, refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Is the exported film a fully rendered movie?

The export is a high-quality animatic: frames with motion, voiced audio and music. Feature and Series runtimes generate much more story and content.

Who can see my films?

Only you and people you invite, unless you share a public link. Shared films stay visible to anyone with the link until you turn the link off or delete them.

What data do you collect?

Your account details, the projects and media you create or upload, and billing records (payment reference, amount and status, never your full card number). See the Privacy Policy.

Do you use cookies?

Only essential cookies. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Account & sign-in and choose Delete account. This removes your projects and uploads; unused credits are lost on delete, so request a refund for unused pack credits first if you want your money back. We delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except billing records the law requires us to keep.

How do I get a copy of my data?

Download your films and files from the app, or email info@headkeysoftwaresolution.com for a full copy.

How do I keep my account secure?

Use a strong, unique password or Google sign-in, and never share your login. Contact support if you notice anything unusual.

Which languages are supported?

You can generate in many languages, including all 22 official Indian languages.

Can I work with a team?

Yes. Invite collaborators to a production with an invite link.
