Refund & Cancellation Policy

What you can buy

• Monthly plans (Starter, Studio) that add credits to your account every month and renew automatically until you cancel.
• Credit packs (100 or 500 credits), paid once.

Prices are shown in US dollars (Stripe) or Indian rupees (Razorpay, including 18% GST) on the Billing page before you pay. US-dollar prices carry no GST.

Refunds

When our system detects that a generation failed, it gives the credits back automatically.

Every refund is reviewed and approved by our team. No money moves until a refund is approved.

• Plans: after you cancel a plan, we refund the price you paid without GST (Indian payments) for the unused part of the current period. From that we subtract five times the AI cost of what you used in that period, and anything already refunded for that payment. The refund is never less than zero.
• Credit packs and top-ups: we refund only that pack's unused credits, valued at the price you paid without GST (Indian payments). Credits you have already used are not refunded.
• Our team works out the amount when reviewing your request. It may approve less than this, but never more. If we reject a request, you will see the reason.

When a refund is paid, the matching credits are removed from your account. Older payments that have no stored exchange rate cannot be quoted automatically and are refunded by our staff outside the app: email info@headkeysoftwaresolution.com.

Duplicate charges are handled by our staff. Tell us within 30 days.

Cancelling

You can cancel a plan at any time in Settings → Account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep the plan and the credits already added until the end of the month you paid for, and you are not charged again. Credit packs are one-time purchases and never renew.

How to ask for a refund

Open Billing → Refunds in the app and choose Request refund, or email info@headkeysoftwaresolution.com from your account email with the order or payment ID. After approval, refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days (UPI and wallets are often faster).

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.
