Terms of Service

CineStudio AI is operated by Headkey Software Technologies Private Limited (CIN U72900KA2019PTC130529), #3, 3rd Floor, RR Block, 4th A Main, Santrupthi Nagar, J P Nagar 7th Phase, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560078, India ("we", "us", "our"). Effective date: 9 October 2026 · Version: 2026-10-09.2

1. Agreement

By ticking the box at sign-up (or when asked to accept updated terms) and using CineStudio AI, you agree to these Terms and confirm you have read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use CineStudio AI.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law (or the law of where you live). If you use CineStudio AI for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

3. The service

CineStudio AI is a web app that helps you make films with AI. From a concept you write, it can:

draft a story, screenplay, shot list and character, location and prop "bibles";
generate storyboard frames, posters and motion shots, voice-over, music and sound;
edit the pieces into trailers, social cuts and a master MP4 that you can download or share by link;
let you invite crew members to review, comment on and work on your projects.

Some features need an outside AI or video provider. When one is not connected, the feature tells you so instead of producing a placeholder.

We may change, add or remove features. If a change materially reduces a paid feature you have already paid for, section 6 applies.

4. Your account

Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Tell us at info@headkeysoftwaresolution.com straight away if you think your account has been misused.
One person per account unless a plan says otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

break any law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that promotes violence;
upload malware, try to break or overload the service, or access accounts or data that aren't yours;
scrape, reverse-engineer or resell the service except as the law allows;
use AI features to create content that impersonates real people without their consent, deceives others, or is otherwise prohibited by the AI providers' usage policies;
create deepfakes, or use a real person's face, voice or likeness without their consent;
make sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that promotes violence or hatred;
upload scripts, footage, music or other material you don't have the rights to use.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules (see section 11).

6. Payments, subscriptions and refunds

CineStudio AI works on credits. Generating scripts, images, motion shots, narration, music and exports uses credits at the rates shown in the app before you start.

New accounts get 20 free credits.
Plans: Starter (200 credits a month, $26.99 / ₹2,599 a month) and Studio (800 credits a month, $107.99 / ₹10,399 a month). Plans renew automatically every month until you cancel.
Credit packs: 100 credits ($13.99 / ₹1,599) and 500 credits ($67.99 / ₹7,699), paid once.
Rupee prices include 18% GST.
Prices may change; the current prices are on the Billing page before you pay. Credits count only once the payment gateway confirms the payment. Credits have no cash value except as set out in the Refund Policy, and can't be transferred.
You can cancel a plan at any time in Settings → Account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep the plan and its credits until the end of the month you already paid for. Credit packs never renew.

Payments are processed by Razorpay (in India) and Stripe. Their own terms also apply to the payment.

Refunds and cancellation: When our system detects that a generation failed, it gives the credits back automatically. After you cancel a plan you can ask for a refund of the price you paid without GST (Indian payments) for the unused part of the period, minus five times the AI cost of what you used and anything already refunded, never less than zero. For credit packs we refund only that pack's unused credits, valued without GST (Indian payments). Our team works out the amount when reviewing your request. It may approve less than this, but never more. See the full Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other law.

7. AI features

CineStudio AI uses AI to write stories and scripts, generate images, motion shots, voices, music and sound, and to transcribe audio. AI output can be wrong, can look or sound like existing works or real people, and is not checked by a human before you see it.

Review everything before you publish it. The originality check is a guide, not a legal clearance.
Make sure you have the rights to any script, character, brand, music, face or voice you ask the AI to use.
Label AI-generated video, images and voices where a platform or the law requires it.

AI output is produced automatically by third-party models (OpenAI, Anthropic and Google Gemini (reached through Emergent's AI gateway), and fal.ai for video, lip-sync and audio models (such as Kling, Veo, Wan and Stable Audio)). It may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive or similar to other people's content. Check it before you rely on or publish it.
AI output is not legal, medical, financial, tax or other professional advice.
You are responsible for how you use AI output, including making sure you have the rights to publish it.
To the extent we have any rights in AI output generated for you, we assign them to you, subject to these Terms and the AI providers' terms. We do not promise that AI output is protected by copyright.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of content you upload ("Your Content"). You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process and display Your Content only as needed to run CineStudio AI for you (including sending it to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy). This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law or that are in backups awaiting deletion. You confirm you have the rights to upload Your Content.

9. Third-party services

CineStudio AI relies on third-party services (listed in our Privacy Policy) for things like hosting, AI, payments, email and sign-in. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control, but this does not limit our own obligations to you under these Terms or the law.

10. Our intellectual property

CineStudio AI, its software, design and brand belong to Headkey Software Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app according to these Terms.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using CineStudio AI and delete your account at any time: go to Account & sign-in and choose Delete account. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect users or the service. Where reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond. On closure, sections 7, 8 (as to retained copies), 12, 13, 14 and 16 continue to apply.

12. Disclaimers

CineStudio AI is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, or that AI output will be accurate.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as loss of profit, data or goodwill). Our total liability to you for all claims relating to CineStudio AI is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and (b) ₹1,000. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

14. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for losses caused by your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of CineStudio AI.

15. Changes to these Terms

If we make a material change, we will update the version and effective date and ask you to accept the new Terms the next time you sign in. If you do not accept, you can delete your account and, for a prepaid plan, request a refund of the unused period, worked out as in the Refund Policy (with admin approval).

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact info@headkeysoftwaresolution.com first so we can try to resolve any dispute. Subject to any non-waivable consumer rights you have (including to approach a Consumer Commission), the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction.

17. General

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may assign these Terms to a successor business; you may not assign them without our consent. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Refund Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about CineStudio AI.
